Guidance for the Case Study Assignment

Students will answer the following questions on Lenovo Laptops:

NB: Students need to concentrate on Lenovo Laptop/Netbook Computers and not Lenovo Company as a whole

Questions

1. Identify the organisation’s strategic position
2. How do the key external drivers of change affect the organisation?
3. How does the organisation add value to its strategic position?
4. How sustainable is the strategic position? (this is the conclusion of the analysis)
